Return & Refund Policy

At Pralez LLC, we strive to deliver quality products and excellent service. As we use Zendrop, a third-party fulfillment partner, our return and refund policy is subject to Zendrop’s procedures and limitations.


1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items)

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send us an email at pralezllc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item received

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund—your choice.


2. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window (typically 2–4 weeks depending on destination), please contact us. We will investigate with Zendrop and provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the outcome.


3. Returns Not Accepted

Because all products are made to order and shipped via Zendrop, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong product ordered by mistake

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to Zendrop’s automated fulfillment system.
